I need to try this for trips I only bring a carry-on to.
I use to do this all the time in the military. Just forgot how to over time o.o
I wish I’d known about this when I was homeless.
I could’ve taught it to all the other ladies at the shelter and Darlene could’ve sucked a sour one because she never would have been able to bitch at us for “having too many clothes.”
reblogging this to have it forever because holy god damn
If you don’t want a kid, don’t have sex. Simple as that.
Okay, fair point. But what about when the baby has a defect and it would not live for longer than five seconds outside the womb? Should the mother be put through the physical and emotional trauma of giving birth to a dead baby? And what about rape victims?
I’ve never understood the argument of “if you don’t want a kid, don’t have sex”. That’s like saying “if you don’t want to die, don’t drive” – because driving always comes with a risk, just like sex does. Driving carries the risk of death or serious injury, and sex carries the risk of STDs and pregnancy. But you don’t see people refusing to drive because they could die.
I agree that it’s wrong for people to use abortion as birth control. If you are having sex and you don’t want a child, then you should be on birth control and use condoms. But accidents happen; birth control fails, condoms fail. And even if you don’t personally agree with it, women should have the choice to have an abortion. I think it would be far worse to have children who cannot be supported by their parents and loved and taken care of as a child should be because they were not planned or wanted. Children who grow up neglected and uncared for could potentially become violent criminals, or at the very least will suffer from emotional trauma. And yes, adoption is an option, but that still means the woman will have to carry the child for 9 months and give birth to it. She will almost certainly have to take time off of work, because pregnancy and birth obviously take a massive toll on the body. A woman who is not financially stable enough to have a child would greatly suffer from an inability to work for a while during the recovery period.
In the end, I think everyone should at least have a choice. If you don’t want an abortion, don’t get one. Simple as that.
(Sorry if any of this is slightly illegible. I’m pretty tired. And I really don’t want to get into a fight with anyone over abortion, I just wanted to share my perspective.)
i’m sorry but there is no way you could have stopped me from standing on my chair and screeching like a banshee if i saw this live…

“ballet isn’t a sport”
The thing about this is, you can barely see their muscles straining from effort. The effort to keep each other and themselves balanced, definitely, but that guy’s hand is barely shaking. The amount of training and strength and balance to go into this is fucking insane.
